  1. What if I decide the product is 'not for me' after I get it?
    Your AV|Shadow comes with a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you decide you do not want it during this time, you are welcome to contact Customer Care for return instructions and a refund for the cost of the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  2. What if I have trouble using my AV|Shadow?
    We encourage you to get Customer Care involved with any questions, feedback or issues you may have with your AV|Shadow. We want to help you! Please contact us by email or phone so we can work together.
  3. How soon after I contact Customer Care will I get a reply?
    Our goal is to respond to all email and phone messages within 24 hours of receiving them. Our Customer Care hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST.
  4. What is the warranty on my AV|Shadow?
    Your AV|Shadow is covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety 90 days.
