How soon do I get the product after ordering?
We ship your order as soon as possible. Our policy is to ship within 7 days of your order being placed. Upon ordering, you can expect to receive a pre-shipment email confirming the pre-authorized amount we invoice, an invoice when your order is shipped and another email that allows you to track your shipment. All emails are sent to the email address you provided when ordering.

How is my product shipped?
Orders shipped to the United States are sent via Fedex. Orders shipped to Canada are sent via Purolator. A signature is solicited upon delivery.

How soon can I start using the UnifyGuide once I get my product?
You will be ready to use it almost immediately. Setup usually takes about 10-15minutes, just follow the instructions that come with your AV|Shadow.
