What is the UnifyGuide?
The UnifyGuide is an interactive menu that appears on your BlackBerry smartphone. It highlights 24 hours of upcoming TV programming from your local provider and allows you to change channels by selecting your desired show, set show reminders, look at information about shows you might want to watch, search for shows by keyword... and much more!

Is the UnifyGuide free?
Your AV|Shadow comes with one year access to the UnifyGuide. After one year, you will be asked if you want to renew and if you agree we will collect an annual fee of $19.99. Subscribing to the UnifyGuide is not required for the operation of your AV|Shadow, but we should give you fair warning… once you've experienced it, you'll have a tough time living without it!

Is the UnifyGuide integrated with the AV|Shadow application on my BlackBerry?
Yes! Just press the BlackBerry menu button from within the AV|Shadow application and select "Listings"

Can I continue using the UnifyGuide even if I return my AV|Shadow?
Yes! You will continue to have access to the UnifyGuide for the initial year even if you return the product (we reserve the right to change this policy at any time). After the first year, if you want to continue to access the UnifyGuide we will collect an annual fee of $19.99.

The UnifyGuide will highlight the next 24 hours of TV programming from your provider.
